Bonnie Nachamie and Jonathan Pinard have assembled a

Bonnie is one of the founding members of the Academy for Professional
Mortgage Originator Licensing (APMOL), an NMLS approved course provider for
pre-licensing and continuing education of mortgage loan originators.  Bonnie
has been an instructor at the American Association of Residential Mortgage
Regulators (AARMR) basic and advanced examiner training schools where she
lectured on RESPA, TILA, ECOA and Closing Practices.  She is an approved
instructor for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and the New York
Association of Mortgage Brokers and has taught RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending
Laws, Ethics and 'Protecting Your Business' courses.  In addition, Bonnie has
taught courses for the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women
on mortgage related issues including RESPA, predatory lending issues, and
real property. She was an instructor at the Long Island Association of
Professional Mortgage Women's training school on title and real property
issues.  Bonnie lectured on predatory lending issues and fraudulent practices
involving real estate transactions for New York State Bar Association's
Continuing Legal Education programs.  

Bonnie is a frequent speaker on mortgage banking issues including licensing
and regulatory matters.  She has developed training programs for mortgage
lenders and brokers.

Bonnie is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar
Association, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, New York Association of
Mortgage Brokers, Empire State Mortgage Bankers Association, and National
Association of Professional Mortgage Women.  She has served as a member of
the Board of Directors for the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers and
has served as its Secretary, Treasurer and Education Chairperson.  She serves
on the Northeast Regional Mortgage Bankers Planning Committee.  .










During this time he spearheaded  community awareness programs for the
reverse mortgage product by speaking at numerous community and industry
events    

Jonathan was an FHA Direct Endorsed Underwriter and a VA Automatic
Underwriter for 10 years. Jonathan is the chairman of the
ESMBA (Empire State
Mortgage Bankers Association) and was president of the association for over 10
years. Jonathan was a member of the New York State Banking Department
Committee for the development of the N.Y.S. Loan Originator Test. He also
serve
d as a member of the planning committee for the North East Regional
Mortgage Bankers Conference held annually in Atlantic City New Jersey.
Jonathan is a recognized expert in state and federal compliance as well as FHA
and conventional lending .

Bonnie S. Nachamie is with the firm of Bonnie S. Nachamie,
P.C. whose practice concentrates on the representation of
mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, federal and state
depository institutions and federal credit unions in mortgage
lending compliance and transactional matters.  She assists
mortgage companies in obtaining banking licenses throughout
the country and represents clients before administrative
agencies in enforcement actions.
Jonathan Pinard: Began his career in the mortgage business
in 1987 as a Loan Officer for a New York based mortgage
banker. In 1989 Jonathan started a mortgage brokerage
company, which by 1994 grew large enough to become a
mortgage banking company with FHA Direct Endorsement, VA
Automatic Approval and an approved Freddie Mac Seller
Servicer. Jonathan went on to become a Vice President of the
Reverse Mortgage Division for two Federally Chartered banks.
